My name is Jessica and I went to Edgewood College in Madison Wisconsin for both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. In 2009 I received my Bachelor’s of Clinical Psychology and in 2011 I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. The day immediately following graduation, I moved down to the Chicago Suburbs to pursue a career as a therapist.
I have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of settings with diverse populations that have helped me hone in on what I’m most passionate about. Through my experience, what fills me with the most energy is helping couples find each other again, and get on the same page. I have learned throughout my experience that “Couples therapy” tends to be too broad and generalist. I want to change the approach. A couple who fights about household chores isn’t going to require the same therapy as a couple who has experienced the loss of a child. I want to tailor each therapeutic experience to be as individual and unique as the couple that’s sitting in front of me at the time.
Your goal is to get to a happier, safer, more loving place with your partner, and it’s my lifelong dream to help you do that.
Jessica accepts BCBS PPO. HMOs will need a referral, and out of network benefits may apply to some insurances. Self-pay and some EAPs are accepted.
