I am always impressed with what a healing conversation can do. I often work with first responders and other adult clients. I specialize in treating anger, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, panic, and trauma.
For your initial evaluation, I will be asking you many questions before I recommend a treatment plan. Your therapy will be personalized to fit who you are; and I will explain your diagnosis (if you have one) and why I am taking a particular treatment approach.
I may recommend talk therapy, psychology education, coping skills training, Buddhist Psychology practices, and/or EMDR therapy. Meditation, in-session note taking, and therapy homework are a normal part of my practice if it suits you and your needs.
As a yoga teacher and an educator in the field of psychology, I enjoy giving helpful information one on one or in any size group. My current Zoom courses include: Anger, Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, Healthy Grieving, Mindfulness, Narcissism, Sexualities, Spirituality, Suicide, and more!
